About Us

We are Sandy Zamora and Laura Hernandez, Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and the founders of Prosocial Pathways with 9 years in the ABA field and 18 years working with children ranging from one to eighteen year olds and adults. We created this practice with a shared vision of providing ethical, compassionate, and meaningful support for learners and their families.

As Latina BCBAs, our cultural backgrounds shape the way we approach our work. We value collaboration, family involvement, and respect. We are intentional about creating inclusive spaces where individuals feel seen, heard, as well as valued. We understand that navigating education with therapeutic systems can feel overwhelming. We are committed to walking alongside families every step of the way.

We prioritize authentic skill-building that supports communication, self-advocacy, independence, and meaningful social connections. Rather than focusing on compliance, we believe in honoring individuality, choice, and dignity in all that we do. Our goal is to equip learners together with caregivers the tools that can be used across settings to sustain over time.
